The second week of the Spinney Easter Holiday Club saw the Spinney Adventurers take on another Quest, this time to find the Lost King! The King had been walking in the Bluebell woods in search of a magic plant that can be used to fix things, but left the trail and got lost!

The Spinney Adventurers were asked to head to the Bluebell Woods and try and find the lost king so he could return to his castle.

Along the way they had many challenges to complete, including a nature trail where they had to find clues, a Woodland Maze, crossing river via stepping stones and, as it is Easter, an Easter Egg Hunt!

The children had a great time exploring the woods at Nant Mill and completing all the challenges. They enjoyed a lovely lunch amongst the trees and when back at the Nant Mill Visitor Centre they enjoyed an ice cream as a reward and had the chance to play on the playground, before heading back to the Spinney Holiday Club.

With the sun shining, plenty of laughter, the true spirit of adventure and the smell of wild garlic, it was a really lovely day!
