Messy Play & Sensory in The Spinney Day Nursery

Since October 2016 the Spinney Day Nursery Hoole have been running free Baby Messy Play & Sensory Sessions every Friday afternoon. Each session provides an array of messy play activities such as pasta play, coloured rice & rolled oats, water and safe paint play, which the babies adore. We also have lots of fantastic sensory equipment to play with such as lights, musical instruments and different textured objects and material to explore and feel.

Over the sessions we have had a lot of fun with different themes including our fantastic Halloween themed Messy Play with pumpkins and jelly, and the Christmas. We even did a Pudsey bear themed session where everything was yellow in aid Children in Need.

Messy Play & Sensory is a great way for babies to use all their senses as they touch, smell, taste and listen. For more information about the upcoming Spinney Hoole Baby Messy Play & Sensory Sessions, please email: info@thespinneydaynursery.co.uk
