The children at The Spinney Bell Meadow took part in a Sponsored Toddle last week to raise money for Sport Relief. To prepare for the event the children at the nursery spent the beginning of the week designing their own sports vests to wear during the toddle so they would look the part!

Their goal was to walk one mile around the perimeter of the Bell Meadow Business Park near Pulford, and many of the toddlers and pre school children took part and really enjoyed it! Even two of our 18 month year old children walked with us and did very well indeed and it was lovely to see the children helping each other!  It was for a great cause and the children have already raised £170 for Sport Relief, with donations still coming in.

It was a lovely event that was very well organised by our staff and the children had a fantastic time! As a nursery, we are always keen to support great causes such as Sports Relief and it is lovely to see the children getting involved too.

We would like to say a huge thank you to all of the Spinney families and also our fellow businesses on the Bell Meadow Business Park for your continued support and very kind generosity.
