We had an absolutely fantastic day on Thursday celebrating World Book Day!

It is always a fabulous occasion where our children and staff put a lot of effort into thinking about their favourite books and wearing a costume of one of the characters.

We had lots of fantastic costumes including Harry Potter, The Gruffalo and a fantastic Tiger who came to Tea! We have all enjoyed reading stories throughout the day and hearing about everyone’s favourite books and why they like them so much.

It was also nice to read some new books that the children had brought in from home and those that our staff used to read as children.
